As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether parts are compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purposes of this system. Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
