The Cobb Tuning 3-Port Boost Solenoid (BCS) is an excellent upgrade for modern turbocharged vehicles, allowing for precise boost control in a tidy package that is easy to install and tune. Our BCS eliminates the boost fluctuations unique to factory boost control systems and provides stable, repeatable boost control based on your vehicle's tune. This stable boost control can be provided not only at stock boost levels, but also at the extremely high boost levels associated with high-output builds.
The Cobb Tuning 3-Port BCS features 1/8-inch low-profile barb fittings to keep the unit compact, and is nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. Optional 1/4-inch nickel-plated fittings are also available for separate purchase. Viton spools and seals are used throughout for long service life and are lubricated with Dow Corning silicone grease. The manual button is sealed with an O-ring, the wiring harness is sealed to the casing using a waterproof grommet, and the solenoid wires are ultrasonically welded to the coil, making the unit waterproof and safe to wash. The BCS is rated to operate at up to 120 psi.
Cobb Tuning has made installation of the Cobb Tuning 3-Port BCS as easy as possible. It mounts in the factory location and plugs directly into the factory wiring harness, making physical mounting and electrical connection as simple as can be. The BCS comes with a custom aluminum mounting bracket, stainless steel hardware, boost lines to complete all connections, and zip ties to neatly route the boost lines in the engine bay. Installation instructions are provided, are easy to understand, and include routing instructions for both internal and external wastegate configurations.

WARNING! Proper tuning is required for the installation of this 3-port solenoid. Using a Cobb Tuning OTS map designed for a factory solenoid with a 3-port solenoid installed will result in severe boost instability or over-boosting. Always match the components and installation method exactly to your tune requirements. This includes how the hoses are routed to the EBCS, how the hoses are routed from the EBCS, and which boost restrictor pills are present. If you plan to use an OTS map and have any questions or concerns, please contact us. If using a custom tune, please consult with your pro-tuner regarding which EBCS and hose routing method they prefer for your application.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a large discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered, if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
