Introducing our billet shift forks for the RB25DET and RB26DETT, crafted from robust 4140 chromoly. Designed for 1st and 2nd gear shift forks.
These are replacements for the factory shift forks, which are known to be prone to failure.
By using premium materials and adhering to strict tolerance standards, we confidently claim these forks are the best on the market.
Designed for improved shift response and stability, these forks boast an extensive 180-degree contact surface area with the shift sleeve. In contrast, standard shift forks have only two contact points on the outer edges, which increases load and wear. This design also ensures ample contact area between the shift fork and shift sleeve, reducing the force required for the driver to engage 1st and 2nd gears.
To our knowledge, no other manufacturer offers chromoly billet shift forks for these transmissions. Furthermore, they are nitrided for added durability and a tougher surface finish.
Our forks are engineered for durability and will likely last a lifetime.

A heat treatment process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of a metal to create a case-hardened surface. These processes are most commonly used on low-carbon, low-alloy steels. They are also used on medium-carbon steels, high-carbon steels, titanium, aluminum, and molybdenum.
What are the benefits of the optional Isotropic Superfinishing?
It is a surface finishing process that creates an extremely smooth surface with minimal roughness. It helps extend the life of the steel chromoly shift forks and allows them to operate more smoothly.
By creating an extremely smooth surface, it reduces friction between the shift fork and other components. This reduces wear and extends the service life of the shift fork.
