Valve Guide 5.5mm Exhaust by Brian Crower
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to verify horsepower results before being released for production. Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user by grinding cores in high volume. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing data points every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 points per rotation—with 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
