33.6mm Intake Valve - Brian Crower Single
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring precision and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to verify horsepower results before going into mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user, offering quality at an affordable price. Every BC cam is checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, providing a resolution of 0.01 microns and taking one data point every 1/10 of a degree, or 3,600 data points per revolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter mark detection, can measure 200 parts per hour.
