We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming fitment beforehand.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct, modification-free fit on Japanese-spec vehicles.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all items are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to verify delivery times. All items are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for Japanese regulatory purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not coordinate with other companies or domestic agencies within Japan for these services.
