Our product database is primarily based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order was placed without prior confirmation.
Additionally, please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese-market vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential ambiguities in translation, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm lead times. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Consequently, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only." Please install and use them at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
