Our solution was to completely redesign the entire airbox to maximize volume, increase inlet openings, and provide a more favorable filter angle for the turbos. Furthermore, we measured the cross-sectional area of the turbo inlet openings and significantly expanded their size by up to 85%. The second goal was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with custom-made round panel filters. This ensures there are no sharp angles in the airflow path and maintains laminar flow. A smooth transition from the filter to the turbo inlet minimizes turbulence, enabling the turbo to operate efficiently. We partnered with BMC to develop bespoke filter elements that maximize filtration area while keeping airflow clean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHaving achieved all our goals, the C8 RS6 intake system performs exceptionally in every aspect, allowing the turbos to generate boost more efficiently.
