Chase Bays Beams 3S-GE Swap Front-to-Rear AN Fuel Line Kit for 1983-1987 Toyota Corolla
A lingering issue with the AE86 chassis is fuel delivery. On the SR5 chassis, many factors are working against you. Both the fuel feed and return from the tank to the engine bay are 3/16" (4.76mm), but they need to be at least 5/16" (7.93mm). Furthermore, the SR5 comes with an external inline fuel pump that is far from adequate, and upgrading it would require a new pump, wiring, and fuel lines everywhere regardless. If you own a GTS, you have a better tank and properly sized lines, but the sections with hard lines may be rusted, and the rubber sections may be dry-rotted. This is where Chase Bays comes in.
The Chase Bays Front-to-Rear AN Fuel Line Upgrade and Replacement for the AE86 is a one-size-fits-all solution for both SR5 and GTS chassis. This line completely replaces the original rubber and hard lines from the tank to the fuel rail, with the option to add an external fuel pressure regulator (which is required for the Beams).

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
