The Chase Bays Fire Sleeve (fiberglass/silicone sleeve) is designed to protect hoses, cables, and wire harnesses from damage due to extreme heat, open flames, molten splash, and welding sparks. The thick, high-temperature fiberglass sleeve is covered with a heavy, impermeable silicone coating, flexible enough to follow tight-radius curves, resistant to all automotive chemicals and solvents, and provides a significant level of abrasion and puncture protection. FireFlex is completely non-conductive, will not melt, delaminate, become brittle, or support combustion under normal conditions, and offers a professional-grade solution for thermal protection needs in any application.

Features

Made of 0.072" silicone-jacketed fiberglass

Halogen-free - RoHS compliant

Melting point: 2,048°F/1,120°C

Non-flammable / Will not burn

Operating temperature: -54°C to 260°C (-65°F to 500°F)

Benefits

Easy to cut with scissors

Resistant to common chemicals, solvents, and UV damage

Reflects radiant heat

Applications

Universal

What's in the box?

1 - Fire Sleeve

Warranty

Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Before You Order

〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Confirmation of Compatibility
As all of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering.
