Shipping estimates are calculated automatically on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are shipped via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will only be provided "through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0259/7502/9815/files/ULBwithThuleBasket_3aaa9955-8ff9-498f-b07d-51013db81442.jpg?v=1758061605
