The Turbosmart IWG75 series upgraded actuators feature improved "actuation rates" compared to factory equipment, leading to better boost response throughout the RPM range.

This improved "actuation rate" is achieved through an increased diaphragm and effective diaphragm surface area. By modifying the actual springs installed, the actuator becomes extremely responsive while further leveraging the forces (boost and backpressure) it acts upon.

Upgrading with the same base pressure as the factory unit allows for a wider boost range and an effective torque curve where peak boost is achieved earlier in the RPM range and maintained longer into higher RPMs. These improvements become even greater as base pressure is increased, though tuning and adjustment become more effective; recalibration may be necessary.

Available
Single Port Universal (UNF) 14psi / 1.0 BAR: TS-0681-5142

Features
Proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm
Springs available from 3 psi to 26 psi (optional)
High-grade billet aluminum construction
Stainless steel rod and clevis
Turbosmart proprietary locking collar system

This is a universal single-port IWG75 actuator supplied with a 150mm long 1/4 UNF threaded rod, designed to be fitted to a variety of turbochargers.
