Designed for Husqvarna TE and TX models, this kit includes a regulator/rectifier that converts your bike's AC power to DC, allowing for plug-and-play installation with the factory harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination to a wider range of bikes. It is engineered for dirt bikes with low-output factory stators, drawing only 43.5W—a powerful upgrade without a heavy electrical load.

By pairing it with our signature XL trail lens, the XL40 creates a beam pattern that provides both vertical and horizontal coverage, resulting in excellent near-field and peripheral visibility. The trail lens redistributes intensity from the center beam, eliminating harsh hotspots. This improves visibility for vertical transitions, steep elevation changes, and tight corners. The result is a smooth, evenly distributed light that provides confidence on even the most rugged terrain.

Fits '17-'23 Husqvarna headlight shells for a plug-and-play installation.

Kit Includes:

(1) XL40 (AC) – Trail Lens Clear

(1) Husqvarna Faceplate

(1) AC/DC Rectifier

All necessary mounting hardware

XL40 Specifications (per light):

Lumens: 5,224 (High) / 1,435 (Low)

Wattage/Amps: 43.5W/3.4A @ 12.8V

XL40 ELS Score:

XL40, Trail Lens, High Beam: 92°/5.9/226ft/5224 Lumens

XL40, Trail Lens, Low Beam: 74°/5.9/119ft/1435 Lumens

The Baja Designs Advantage:

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Complete purchase protection

uService – Replaceable lenses and optics

ClearView – All the light, right where you need it

MoistureBlock – Waterproof, rainproof, submersible

CopperDrive – Only LED driven at 100% safely

5000K Daylight – Less driver fatigue, natural color

Fitment

Husqvarna TE250 2017-2018

Husqvarna TE300 2017-2018

Husqvarna TX125 2017-2019

Husqvarna TX300 2017-2019

Before You Order

〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf.
