The Verus Engineering Air-Oil Separator (AOS) keeps your intake system free of oil. With four 5-micron coalescing filters (one each at the intake and exhaust ports), baffles, and stainless mesh, it filters crankcase air with unprecedented precision. By utilizing optional add-ons such as the Verus AOS drain-back kit or the AOS coolant add-on kit, this AOS is guaranteed to meet your specific needs.

CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum

Anodized for increased corrosion resistance - available in black, blue, and red

CNC laser-etched Verus logo

Mil-spec O-ring boss

Four 5-micron coalescing filters for superior oil separation

Baffles for additional oil particle separation

Ultrasonically cleaned stainless mesh as a third separation medium

Direct bolt-on installation with no tuning or setup changes required

Made in the USA

What is included

(1) Fully assembled AOS

4 Coalescing filters

Internal baffles

Stainless mesh

Steel mounting bracket for VA chassis (left-hand drive only)

3/4" rubber hose

1/2" rubber hose

3/8" rubber hose

All necessary installation hardware

Note: Anodized parts may fade over time due to engine bay heat.

Before Ordering

○ About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total paid at checkout.

○ Confirming Fitment
Our product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles; please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese (JDM) vehicle before ordering.
