All BC cams are checked on a high-speed measuring gauge with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, taking one data point every 1\/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—with a resolution of 0.01 microns.
