In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Basically, all the products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" at all, and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
