Since no two grille designs are identical, Bilal was able to scan each variation and analyze how the inner fin structure affects airflow and overall compatibility. While many shops can perform 3D scans of vehicles, few can provide insights from the actual development stage regarding how various components, such as grilles, interact with functional parts like intake scoops.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis attention to detail is the hallmark of Eventuri. Once the scanning was complete, Bilal returned to the UK to begin CAD modeling and prototype development. Multiple 3D-printed versions were produced for testing on our Evolve G87 M2, allowing for real-world validation before final production. These scoops are not just for aesthetics; they are designed to direct ambient air into the intake ducts to keep intake temperatures consistent while driving.
