In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are essentially all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0259/7502/9815/files/2019_subaru-forester-rally-light-bar-front2.jpg?v=1758061490
https://fivesquareusa.com/en-ca/products/2014-2018-subaru-forester-2-5i-xt-rally-light-bar-su-sja-rlb-01
