By limiting the amount of heat transferred, the lifespan of under-hood components is extended, intake temperatures are lowered, and vehicle response is improved.

Constructed with an outer layer of pulverized volcanic rock (rated for 1500°F direct heat / 1800°F radiant heat), and an inner core of high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (rated for 1800°F direct heat / 2300°F peak heat).

The Cobb Tuning Turbo Blanket insulates the turbine housing, providing multiple benefits. It prevents the dissipation of effective exhaust energy, improving turbo RPM acceleration. This leads to faster turbo spooling and quicker attainment of peak torque. It also helps limit heat soak to components adjacent to the turbocharger.

Features

Direct fit for turbo EJ Subarus

Prevents heat soak to components near the turbocharger

Improves turbo acceleration

Applications

2002–2014 Subaru WRX

2004–2021 Subaru STI

2004–2013 Subaru Forester XT

2005–2009 Subaru Legacy GT

2005–2009 Subaru Outback XT

What's in the box?

1 - Turbo Blanket

References

Installation Instructions

Warranty

Cobb Tuning Products, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components manufactured by Cobb Tuning or sold under the Cobb Tuning brand will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.
>

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred upon import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order.
